Curtis R. Rawlings is Of Counsel in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Mr. Rawlings focuses his practice in Domestic Relations matters, including divorce, separation, paternity actions, custody, child support enforcement, alimony, contempt proceedings, termination of parental rights, adoptions, guardianship, parental relocations, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, third-party visitation rights, and annulments. He is also experienced in insurance defense matters having litigated complex liability and medical cases. Finally, Mr. Rawlings has represented clients in contract litigation and collection actions. Handling cases from pre-litigation through the appellate stage, Mr. Rawlings has successfully represented clients through mediation, arbitration, binding arbitration, bench trial, and jury trial. His strong research and writing skills, and his ability to present persuasive oral argument in Court has assisted Mr. Rawlings in effectively representing his clients.
