Aileen Cohen has been a Las Vegas resident since 1972 and is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in civil and criminal trials, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and administrative hearings. Her practice primarily focuses on insurance defense, coverage issues, and complex litigation involving contractual and administrative matters. She also provides clients with risk management advice to help prevent potential claims.

In addition to her civil practice, Ms. Cohen has significant criminal defense experience, notably securing the reversal of a life sentence in the Nevada Supreme Court case Burrell v. State of Nevada. She has also achieved successful outcomes in legal malpractice defense, including obtaining summary judgment and reducing client exposure.
