Mr. McCain has worked as a law clerk for over a year at a firm in Alexandria, Virginia, focused on civil defense litigation and intellectual property matters before relocating to Nevada. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McCain worked for various construction firms while completing his undergraduate work. As a result, he has years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. During law school, Mr. McCain served as the Senior Research Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics and Policy. In his free time, Mr. McCain enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, cooking, barbequing, and reading.
