Paul F. Eisinger comes to Nevada from Toledo, Ohio where he earned his BA degree cum laude in Criminal Justice graduating in 1979. He continued his education at the University of Toledo and earned his law degree in 1981 graduating with honors. Mr. Eisinger joined Thorndal Armstrong in 1982, the year he was admitted to the Nevada State Bar.
Mr. Eisinger is a shareholder at Thorndal Armstrong and his practice focuses primarily on insurance defense law, coverage and bad faith litigation, as well as the defense of insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents, construction defect litigation, suretyship law, and medical malpractice. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court District of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals 9th Circuit and the Nevada Supreme Court.
As a respected litigator, Mr. Eisinger has represented such clients as The Howard Hughes Corporation, General Growth Properties, Inc., the Rouse Company, the National Football League, Cashman Equipment Company, B.P. America, Inc., Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO), Nevada Ready Mix and well as several Las Vegas and Mesquite hotel and casino properties.
Mr. Eisinger enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle and two sons, Brandon and Jordan. He is actively involved with his community church.
