Brian K. Terry brings decades of legal expertise to the firm, specializing in civil defense litigation. His practice includes professional liability defense, construction disputes, product defects, insurance matters, and commercial litigation. An experienced litigator, he has successfully defended numerous cases and frequently lectures on product liability trends in Nevada.

A graduate of Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, Mr. Terry earned his J.D. in 1987 and has been admitted to practice in Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

When not advocating for his clients, Mr. Terry enjoys traveling with his family, collecting performance vehicles, and exploring his passion for music. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting his professional excellence.
