Douglas J. Duesman is a senior associate in the Las Vegas office of Thorndal Armstrong, focusing on general civil litigation, insurance defense, bad faith claims, and complex commercial litigation. He specializes in first and third-party claims, tort litigation, insurance fraud, and declaratory judgment matters related to coverage. He also has extensive experience in business transactions, including partnership disputes, breach of contract, and tortious interference.
