Thorndal Armstrong is looking for an Associate Attorney with 0 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic and expanding team. We are seeking candidates who are driven, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Responsibilities:
· Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
· Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals
· Reviewing and investigating legal claims
· Conducting legal research and writing, including complaints, discovery, briefs, and letters;
· Appearing for court and depositions
· Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and clients
· Reporting to firm management.
Requirements
Graduated from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Nevada
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Self-motivated
Commitment to ethical practice
Attention to detail
Values high quality work and intellectual curiosity
