Katherine F. Parks is an experienced litigator at Thorndal Armstrong, focusing on personal injury, employment law, civil rights, construction defect, and first-party bad faith cases. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1995 and completed her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1997, where she made the Dean’s List.

 

Ms. Parks is admitted to practice in Nevada and California, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts in Nevada and California. Since joining the firm in 1997, she has represented clients in both state and federal courts, including law enforcement and government entities. Additionally, Ms. Parks serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator in Nevada and Northern California. Ms. Parks is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
