Michael Hetey is a seasoned civil litigator with decades of experience representing clients in Northern and Southern Nevada. Practicing since 1995, he specializes in general liability litigation, including transportation and boating accidents, premises liability, and product defect claims. Mr. Hetey also has significant expertise in complex construction litigation, representing subcontractors, developers, and general contractors in residential, commercial, and high-rise construction disputes.

In addition to construction defect matters, he has handled numerous environmental claims, including toxic substance releases, mold cases, and chemical explosions. A skilled advocate, Mr. Hetey has resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and trial, often achieving early and efficient outcomes for his clients.

Mr. Hetey earned his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he distinguished himself in the Disability Law Clinic, representing children with disabilities and receiving the clinic's prize for his accomplishments.
